All of our items are made to order, and we do not accept returns or refunds under any circumstances.

Each piece is carefully handcrafted, so please allow approximately 2–3 weeks for production.
Domestic shipping (within Thailand) typically takes 5–7 business days after the order is placed.
You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Please note:
• Even if an item appears available for immediate purchase, a 2–3 week production period is still required.
• We are not responsible for any customs duties or import fees that may apply upon delivery.
